What's the format?

A simple online questionnaire that was developed by putting together the criteria and factors established by EU and German authorities (European Data Protection Board, European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA), German data protection authorities).

Key benefits

  • Find out if you have to notify a data breach to your supervisory authority and, if applicable, to the data subjects concerned, as specified in Articles 33 and 34 the GDPR.
  • Undertake a quick risk assessment to help you to meet the 72-hour reporting deadline, as specified in Article 33 the GDPR.
