The EU Digital Services Act: What to ask as you begin prepping your business for compliance

The Digital Services Act (DSA) is moving ahead at high speed, with final political agreement having been hammered out at high pressure from the French Presidency of the Council on 22 April, 2022. The  Act will enter into enforcement at the end of 2023. This date may seem far in the future, however now is the time to evaluate current workflows, perform impact assessments and gap analyses, and plan all steps for future compliance. The DSA comes with such a big and impactful package of requirements that intermediaries, and online platforms in particular, should prepare for compliance well ahead.

Our global team has been advising clients extensively on the draft DSA since its inception in 2020, and we can help you navigate these complex frameworks to support and grow your business. We have compiled a few of the key questions intermediaries need to consider for future compliance, available for you to download.
