Your interactive guide to the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act

The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (REUL Act) is the new legal architecture that provides for significant changes to the interpretation and application of retained EU law (REUL) in the UK following the UK’s exit from the EU. 

Hogan Lovells has produced an interactive guide to the Act, which can be downloaded from the link below.  The guide sets out the different categories of retained EU law that stand to be affected by the Act, and summarises the wide-ranging powers that the Act provides to Ministers.
