The pandemic has really transformed the healthcare sector. The rise in telemedicine has rapidly changed patient care - as providers look to deliver services in a safe and effective way. And it’s not going away. The use of telemedicine continues to grow. While an impressive step-change, the use of telemedicine has certainly caught the attention of the Department of Justice as well as the qui tam relators’ bar.
