HL Tech and Tel: EU Digital Services Act developments

For the latest installment of our HL Tech and Tel Tuesday series our Tech and Telecoms Sector Group Lead, Mark Brennan, interviews two of our strategic EU Digital Service Act partners on the latest developments with the Regulation.

On 5 July 2022, the European Parliament has adopted the new landmark legislation, EU Digital Services Act (DSA). The time to prepare is now. Our strategic DSA partners Christelle Coslin and Morten Petersenn share insights with partner and series host Mark Brennan on what this means for companies with online platforms.

“Companies need to start now assessing if their services call into the scope of the DSA and if so under what classification,” notes Christelle.
