In the eighth episode of our HL Tech and Tel Tuesday series, host Mark Brennan connects with Elizabeth Boison and Andrea DiSandro regarding the latest developments in the NFT space and how we are uniquely positioned to help. “Advising in [the NFT] regulatory landscape continues to be evolving,” notes Andrea. “That is one of the areas where our firm is really set apart from others… we have the tech IP transactional background, but we can also marry that with the regulatory teams… and pair that with our international footprint because we have amazing colleagues overseas who are grappling with a lot of the same issues but approaching it in different jurisdictions.”
