Through this tool we can present online procedures that were not possible before, such as applications for registration of holographic, sound, olfactory and certification trademarks; renewals, transfers of rights, licenses of use or franchises, appellations of origin and geographical indications, oppositions and review appeals, among others.
This tool seeks to avoid the massive filing of promotions at IMPI’s office on the day that activities restart and, with this, comply with sanitary measures due to Covid-19.
The filing date of promotions sent through this Tool will be the day IMPI returns to its activities, which, for now, is scheduled for Monday June 01, 2020.

A través de esta Oficialía ya se puede presentar en línea trámites que antes no eran posible, como solicitudes de registro de marcas holográficas, sonoras, olfativas y de certificación; renovaciones, transmisiones de derechos, licencias de uso o franquicias, denominaciones de origen e indicaciones geográficas, oposiciones y recursos de revisión, entre otros.
Con esta Oficialía se busca evitar la presentación masiva de promociones en la oficina del IMPI el día que reinicien actividades y, con ello, dar cumplimiento a las medidas sanitarias por el Covid-19.
La fecha de presentación de las promociones enviadas a través de la Oficialía será el día en que el IMPI regrese a sus actividades que, por ahora, está prevista para el lunes 01 de junio de 2020.
