Post-Brexit implications for cross-border non-performing loan transactions

On 17 March 2021, a panel of Hogan Lovells speakers from England, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy looked at how the landscape has changed post-Brexit for NPL purchasers with a particular view on insolvency related issues.

The webinar covered changes to licence requirements, issues with cross-border security enforcement and insolvency, and touched on the introduction of restructuring plans in the UK, a scheme process in Germany and the WHOA in the Netherlands.
