Upcoming Privacy and Cybersecurity events - March

Keep up to date on latest Privacy and Cybersecurity trends by attending the events our lawyers are participating in this month. Notably, members of our global Privacy and Cybersecurity practice will be session speakers during the "Data Privacy & Public Health: The Impact of Covid-19 & Where We Go From Here" webinar, the Virtual Prague KnowledgeNet event, the "Big changes in the Big Apple: Employment and Privacy law updates from New York" webinar, the IAPP Data Protection Intensive: UK 2022 event, and the Spring Academy Privacy + Security Forum. 

They will discuss topics such as current privacy requirements related to public health data, different approaches and current developments of privacy regulations in the USA and in Europe, the intersection between employment law and privacy implications, the latest developments in data protection reforms in the U.K., and the different privacy considerations which need to be navigated when collecting and using user data.

Madeline Gitomer will be participating in a panel discussion during the “Data Privacy & Public Health: The Impact of Covid-19 & Where We Go From Here” webinar hosted by the Executives for Health Innovation. This panel is the second in a series of online events focused on modernizing the public health system.

Julian Flamant will be speaking during the virtual workshop, “The Future of Protection of Personal Data from the European and US Perspectives” hosted in collaboration between Prague’s IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter and the Data Protection Association.
 

March 23 

James Denvil and Filippo Raso will be presenting on AI and employee privacy issues at the "Big changes in the Big Apple: Employment and Privacy law updates from New York" webinar hosted by Hogan Lovells.

 

March 24

Eduardo Ustaran will be speaking on the Keynote Panel, as well as the session, "That Privacy Podcast LIVE! Post-Brexit Data Protection Reforms in the UK" podcast at the IAPP Data Protection Intensive: UK 2022 event.
 

March 25

Bret Cohen will be speaking during the session, "Data-driven insights and personalization: A global, privacy-centric approach" at the Privacy + Security Forum.
