Upcoming Privacy and Cybersecurity events - May

Keep up to date on the latest Privacy and Cybersecurity trends by attending the events our lawyers are participating in this month. Notably, members of our global Privacy and Cybersecurity practice will speak at Privacy+Security Forum's 2023 Spring Academy, BioMed Israel, APEP's IX Congreso Internacional de Privacidad, the Responsible HR Forum, the 16th International Computers, Privacy & Data Protection Conference, and the EU Pharmaceutical Law Forum. In addition, our lawyers are presenting oral evidence to the UK Parliament's Public Bill Committee and hosting a data privacy breakfast discussion in the Hogan Lovells New York office. 

They will discuss topics including artificial intelligence, children's privacy, preventative and reactive cybersecurity measures, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, international data transfers, cookies, pixels, and other web tracking technologies, and financial data privacy.

Eduardo Ustaran will be presenting oral evidence to the UK Parliament’s Public Bill Committee as part of its review of Data Protection and Digital Information (No. 2) Bill currently being debated in the House of Commons. The session will be livestreamed here.
