October 1

 

Bret Cohen will present "Dissection of a DSAR: How to manage the influx" at the Privacy + Security Fall 2021 Forum. During the presentation, Bret will discuss the challenges organizations face when complying with GDPR, CCPA, and other new privacy laws, and provide strategies for managing the volume of individual rights requests while complying with their legal obligations.

Bret Cohen will be a panelist during the session, "Building a Data Ethics Program to Enable Trusted Data Practices" at the IAPP Privacy. Security. Risk. 2021 conference, where he will be joined by in-house privacy counsel and ethics leaders to discuss adopting best practices for use of AI technologies and developing in-house ethics programs.

October 22

Julian Flamant will be a panelist during the session, "'Sensitive' Location Data: Staying Compliant as New Rules Emerge" at the IAPP Privacy. Security. Risk. 2021 conference, where he will provide an overview of location data regulation and enforcement in the United States and outline upcoming changes as new rules emerge.
